We use PayNow by Ligifu Online Payment Co., Ltd., as our third-party payment provider, supporting the following payment methods:
- VISA, MasterCard, and JCB credit cards
- UnionPay
- ATM virtual account transfers
Out of stock items
If an item you ordered is confirmed out of stock and cannot be restocked, we will notify you immediately and assist with the refund process.
*Items from the same order cannot be canceled due to the unavailability of some products within that order. Thank you for your understanding.
Do you provide credit card installment services?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer installment plans. If you require installments, please consult with your issuing bank.
What should I do if I get an error message when placing an order?
Please screenshot or copy the message you received and contact our customer service team. We will assist you as soon as possible.
I have already paid, why does the system still show Unpaid?
Most banks operate from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm. Payments made outside these hours will reflect on the following business day.
We suggest checking your order status on our website the next day. If you have any questions, please contact customer service.
What should I do if the payment time for ATM virtual account transfer has passed?
ATM virtual account transfers are time-sensitive, and the account will expire once the payment deadline passes, leading to automatic order cancellation. You will need to reorder the item.
Upon reordering, a new virtual account number and payment deadline will be provided. Please complete payment within the deadline to secure your item.
*Repeated unpaid orders may result in restricted access to future transactions and membership benefits.
Do I need to provide the last five digits after completing the ATM virtual account transfer payment?
No. Our system automatically verifies the payment information after ATM virtual account transfers, so there’s no need to provide any additional information.
Can I add other products, merge orders, or change other content for an order that has been paid for?
Please contact our customer service team first. They will review your order and provide assistance where possible. However, as the paid order is considered confirmed, the system cannot modify it. Thank you for your understanding.
