When you register as a member of the Website, it means you have thoroughly read, clearly understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions herein. Conversely, if you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, please do not use the Website and leave immediately.

Additionally, when using specific services of the Website, you may need to comply with the service terms or relevant regulations separately announced on the Website according to the nature of the specific service.

If you are under the age of twenty or are required by the laws of the Republic of China to obtain the consent of a third party before exercising rights or bearing obligations, you should read, understand, and agree to all the terms and conditions under the supervision of your parent (or legal guardian) before using the service. When you complete registration or begin using the service, it is presumed that your parent (or legal guardian) has thoroughly read, understood, and agreed to accept all the terms and conditions and any subsequent modifications.

The Website shall bear no responsibility in the following circumstances:

The risks associated with the services of the Website will be borne by you personally. Members agree to use the services of the Website voluntarily and accept any risks, including any loss of resources caused by downloading data or images from the Website or from information obtained through the Website.

The information, personal data, and images uploaded by members on the Website are solely their personal actions. The Website assumes no responsibility for the authenticity or completeness of such content.

Any data damage, loss, theft, unauthorized use, or alteration caused by force majeure, such as virus attacks, temporary shutdowns due to government regulations, or any other factors that affect normal network operation, is unrelated to the Website.

The Website bears no express or implied warranty responsibility for its services. The Website does not guarantee the stability, safety, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation of its services; members explicitly bear all risks associated with using the services and any possible damages.

Please maintain and update your personal membership data to ensure accuracy, currency, and completeness. The Company will not be responsible for any damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account or provision of incorrect, false, or incomplete data, and the Website reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse access to all or part of the services.

The Website shall not be responsible for any disputes arising from members publishing or posting false, illegal information, infringing on others' rights, or engaging in fraudulent or extortionate activities.

Ⅰ. Member

When you register as a member of the Website, you are considered to have thoroughly read, clearly understood, and agreed to accept all contents announced by the Website, including return policies and privacy policies.

When you register as a Website member and use the services provided, the Company will ask for personal data such as your name, gender, and phone number. You must maintain and update your personal data to ensure its accuracy, currency, and completeness. The Company will not be responsible for any damages resulting from unauthorized use of your account or provision of incorrect, false, or incomplete data. The Website reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and deny access to all or part of the services.

Please safeguard your personal data, payment data (including credit card details), member account, and password to prevent leakage. Do not disclose, provide, or lend it to third parties. All actions conducted after logging in with your account and password are regarded as actions of the account holder. If your account is misused, please notify the Company immediately for assistance.

If a member has inappropriate behavior, such as repeated non-collection, malicious returns, or fraudulent representations of product conditions, the Company reserves the right to restrict transactions and suspend or terminate the member’s account. Membership benefits, points, and shopping credits will not be refunded. Please consider this carefully before placing an order.

Ⅱ. Order

Please read the following terms carefully before submitting your order. As terms are updated periodically due to changes in law, technology, corporate decisions, or business models, we require you to read, understand, and accept these terms and conditions each time you use the Website.

Before submitting your order, you may modify personal information such as payment information, recipient information, and billing information. Once you submit an order, enter payment information, and receive confirmation on-screen, you are bound by the contract.

If you encounter any issues or errors while using the Website, please contact our customer service for assistance. For system security and stability, we cannot assist with the following:

    • Merging orders
    • Modifying recipient information for dispatched items

The Company only supports orders with a delivery address within our service areas. Delivery estimates are provided but are subject to actual stock availability. To maintain product quality, the Company reserves the right to modify shipping times.

The Company reserves the right to cancel a purchase contract and will not support compensation or responsibility for other derivative costs in the following cases:

    • Incorrect or unverifiable information provided
    • Orders deemed by the Company to have improper purposes, such as malicious orders, criminal purposes, or other illegal or improper purposes

If a defective item is received, please retain the original packaging, and the Company will assist with the return process within three days. Please keep the product in good condition to safeguard both parties' rights.

To ensure rights, we recommend recording the unboxing process to verify if any items are missing.

Ⅲ. Payment

The Company uses PayNow Legyfu Online Payment Services Co., Ltd. as its third-party payment provider and supports the following payment methods:

    • VISA, MASTER, JCB credit cards
    • Union Pay 
    • ATM virtual account transfer

Ⅳ. Shipping

Taiwan area: Convenience store and Chunghwa Post
Non-Taiwan areas: SF Express and DHL

Since the Company’s warehouse is in Taiwan, international orders outside Taiwan may incur import duties and taxes, which must be borne by the buyer.

Ⅴ. Return Policy (Taiwan area only)

Please carefully consider before placing an order, as the Company's customized products are not subject to a seven-day cooling-off period under Taiwan's Consumer Protection Law.

To simplify and expedite the process of acquiring suitable products, the Company only provides return services and does not offer exchanges.

To protect the rights of both parties, please ensure that you record the entire unboxing process to verify whether any items are missing. In cases of incorrect items, out-of-stock items, or defective products, the "original, clear, and complete unboxing video" will be used as the basis for resolution. Definition of the original, clear, and complete unboxing video: recording should begin from the unopened state of the external packaging. Videos with fast-forwarding or obvious editing traces will not be accepted, and the Company cannot process the return.

Once the return request has been submitted and confirmed with the official customer service, please send back the complete return items within three days. The Company will not be able to assist if the return is delayed, and we ask for your understanding.

To avoid disputes, please thoroughly inspect the product and review the relevant benefits policy before applying for a return. If the order no longer qualifies for a discount after the product is returned, the order will revert to its original price calculation, and the Company will deduct the difference from the refund amount.

For returns, the original product, packaging, related gifts, and accessories must remain in a brand-new, unopened state that does not affect resale. All items must be returned together with the product being returned. If related gifts or accessories are not returned, they will be calculated at their original price and deducted from the refund. If the deduction exceeds the refund amount, the return will not be accepted, and the order will be returned to you via cash on delivery (with shipping costs covered by you).

For returns, please package the items securely in a bag or box; do not attach labels, write directly on the original shoe box or packaging, or send items without prior customer service consent. If the item is damaged, incomplete, or does not meet the requirements during the shipping process, the Company cannot process the return.

To initiate a return, please provide the order number, return items, reason for return, the original clear and complete unboxing video, and clear photos of defects within three days of receiving the item to the official customer service. For defective items, a one-time free return shipping service is provided if the return is requested within three days of receipt. If you fail to request a return or exchange within this period or return the item without prior customer service approval, the Company will not process the return, and you will bear the cost of reshipping.

*If you need to return additional items after the first return request within three days, you will need to cover the shipping costs for the second return.

Return time calculation for defective items within three days: This period is not a trial period. The original product, packaging, related gifts, and accessories must remain in a brand-new, unopened state that does not affect resale. The first day starts from the day the package is received, regardless of whether it was received by the buyer, friends, family, or a property manager. Please take note.

Ⅵ. Anti-Fraud Promotion

To protect users from fraud, the Company will never proactively request a wire transfer, ATM operation, or provide credit card information by phone.
